Dr. O'Connor, an internationally-known geriatric social worker, outstanding scholar and administrator, has had longstanding experience as adviser to both the health and the culture sectors. The Institute™ is very fortunate to have her aboard. Dr. O'Connor has also been appointed official representative to the Ministry which created The Institute™ and to which the residence is accountable.
